常安村是福建省三明市将乐县万全乡的行政村，位于常溪汇入金溪的河口一带。[3]

村庄原名常口，得名于常溪在此注入金溪的河口，房屋就贴着河口一带修建。1981年地名普查时，因重名，本地改称常安大队。1984年，这里设立起村民委员会。「常安」二字寄托的是常住久安的愿望。[1][2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时期，此地属竹舟都，明万历年间和清乾隆年间的《将乐县志》都有记载。[1]

1950年以前，此地属将溪联保的万全保；1950年后隶属黄潭区万全乡。1955年组建黎明农村社，1956年并入高级联合社。[1]

1961年，万全公社设立，本地另设常口大队；1967年曾一度撤并，1970年11月重新设立常口大队。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

证觉寺在本村太平山麓，又称证果寺，始建于唐武德三年（公元620年），比福州鼓山的涌泉寺早288年。[4][5]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，常安村获省级爱卫部门授予「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。2024年6月，常安村列入「福建省第四批高级版绿盈乡村」名单。2025年5月，入选「福建省美丽乡村示范村」创建名单。[1]
