万全村是福建省三明市将乐县万全乡的行政村，属于乡中心区，地处金溪河畔。[1]

村名“万全”取物产丰富、货品齐备之意，又有万无一失、平安无虞的寓意。旧时金溪岸边水运便利，周边县份的粮食、山货与竹木等物资先由山路运到此地集中，再改乘船只发往将乐县城、顺昌洋口和福州。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年前，此地属民权乡的万全保。1949年后设立万全乡万全村，隶属黄潭区。1955年组成初级社，1956年并为万全高级社。[1]

1958年9月，随公社化组建万全大队，隶属红专公社；1961年10月，此地改属万全公社。1984年9月政社分开，设立万全村民委员会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2024年7月，万全村被命名为「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」，同月又被确定为「2021-2023年三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]
