历史沿革[edit]
1931年至1934年间，这里设井垅区苏维埃政府。解放前，此地是南口乡下辖的一个保；解放后，村子在1950年获认定为革命老区村[1]。
1954年曾单独设乡，次年划归他乡；1958年9月归南口农场。1961年南口公社设立，这里改设井垅大队，1967年并入别的大队，1970年复设。1984年9月起改称井垅村民委员会，名称沿用至今[1][2]。
文化[edit]
2021年11月，井垅村获评「2021年福建省卫生村」[2]。2022年10月，村庄经省农业农村厅核定，成为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」[1]。2024年7月，井垅村被命名为「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」[1]。
