光明村是福建省三明市将乐县光明镇下辖的行政村，城乡分类上属乡中心区，别名光坪[1]。村名寓意光明未来，即以此得名[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

宋代此地设永吉里，元、明、清时设光明都。[1]

1931年至1934年间设光明乡苏维埃政府；1945年隶光明乡信义保；1952年划入第一区将乐光明乡，1958年10月组建大队，同年归红星公社，1961年10月改属光明公社。1984年9月设光明村村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，光明村获评「2021年福建省卫生村」；2021年12月，光明村入选「2021年度福建省森林村庄」；2024年7月，被命名为「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

村内有光明余氏宗祠（光明区苏维埃政府旧址），它是省级文物保护单位。[2]
