乾滩村是水南镇下辖的行政村，村民沿山边至河滩一带聚居而成[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
村名中的「乾」是当地方言，指山边略高的地方；「滩」指河水冲积沙石形成的岸地[1]。这一带在宋代归德星坊，明代为水南都的图四，清代则在水南都上水南的福星坊之内[1]。
1935年，此村并入第一区的桃溪联保；1950年至1954年间划入第一区新南乡[1]。1958年，村地成为红星公社的水南大队，1960年国营将乐县综合农场成立后又把村地编为第一管理区[1]。1970年起改由水南公社管辖，1979年6月农场恢复，村仍是第一管理区，直到水南建镇之后的1998年1月，才改用乾滩村民委员会这一名称[1]。
村子在2020年11月获评「第六届全国文明村镇」[2]。2021年4月，村被命名为「2021年三明市民主法治示范村（社区）」；2023年2月，村入选「福建省第三批高级版绿盈乡村」名单；2024年2月，村被确定为「第二批福建省乡村振兴示范村镇」创建对象；2025年11月，村被认定为「福建省第二批省级乡村振兴示范村」[1]。
