银华社区与金华社区同为水南镇下辖的两个社区，位于镇中心区[1]。社区名取自将乐境内的银华洞[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

2003年，银华社区居民委员会成立，名称此后沿用至今[1]。该社区与金华社区一同由水南镇原有的六个居民委员会整合而来[2]。

银华社区于2022年12月获福建省爱国卫生运动委员会授予「2022年福建省卫生社区」称号[1]。
