历史沿革[edit]

乾隆三十三年，此地被称作“杨伯洋”，后演变为“洋伯”，村名由此而来。村民在此定居后形成村落。[1]

清代此地属光明都。[1]

2024年7月，洋伯村被命名为「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」，同月又被确定为「2021-2023年三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]
