邓坊村位于高唐镇，村名来自邓姓族人定居此地而形成的村落。[1] 村域一带的回头山三面环水，是县城东侧的一处山峰。[2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时期此处属忠孝都图一。[1] 1931年至1934年间设邓坊乡苏维埃政府。[1] 1935年至1937年间属于南方三年游击战争时期的游击地带。[1]

1950年前这里分属高滩联保下的邓坊保与高唐乡的一个保；1950年改称第二区邓坊乡。1958年划入红星人民公社，1961年设大队，改属高唐公社；1984年改设邓坊村民委员会。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

回头山在邓坊一带，三面环水，海拔约250米，山顶有闾山祖师寺庙群，大雄宝殿、地藏王殿等依山而建。[2][3]
