高唐村位于高唐镇镇中心区，原名「高滩」，因村民在金溪河滩旁地势较高处定居而得名。[1] 镇名「高唐」也由「高滩」谐音演变而来。村内「闽赣军区司令部暨高唐区苏维埃政府遗址」原为天后宫所在。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时期此处为高滩都馆上村。[1] 1931年至1934年间设高唐乡苏维埃政府。[1] 村子先后归属高唐乡、第二区高唐乡与城关区，1958年设为大队，属红星人民公社，1961年改归高唐公社。[1]

1984年村级建制改为村民委员会。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

村内的天后宫始建于明代，1933年8月前后闽赣军区司令部曾设于此，宫址现为「闽赣军区司令部暨高唐区苏维埃政府遗址」。[2]

文化[edit]

高唐村曾获得「2021年福建省卫生村」（2021年11月）的命名，并于2024年7月被命名为「2023年度三明市达标六无村（社区）」。[1]
