新路村是将乐县古镛镇下辖的行政村，属村庄类城乡分类。村名原指一处三叉路口，后演变为“新路口”的别称。[1]

村域附近的九仙山上有普照寺，寺为闽北独立师游击队活动旧址。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

1931年至1934年，此地成立乡级苏维埃政权。解放前为新路保。1950年初，这里是城关第一区新路乡公所所在地，同年被认定为革命老区村。[1]

1958年红星人民公社成立，本村改称新路大队；1966年一度改为红星大队，1970年复称新路大队。1984年9月，更名为新路村民委员会。[1]

2024年7月，村被命名为「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]

文化[edit]

普照寺始建于清代，位于九仙山，是闽北独立师游击队活动旧址。1937年3月初，马长炎率闽北红军独立师第2纵队的一部，黄立贵率第5纵队，在将、泰、建游击根据地会合。会合后两个纵队合为第6纵队，马长炎任政委，黄立贵则兼第2纵队的队长。[1][2]
