大头桥村位于台溪乡西北部，距县城30千米，距乡政府24千米。[1][2]

村名源于古时村中的一座大木桥。[3]

历史沿革[edit]

宋初已有人在此居住，明清时属二十四都。解放初与山兜、七官场并为义山乡。1958年才设大头桥大队，1984年转为大头桥村，设村委会。[4]

人口与生活[edit]

全村465户、1655人，分为9个村民小组，未注统计年份。[2]

产业[edit]

村中土地面积大而作物少，茶叶、油茶、烟叶与柑桔是主要的经济作物。[2]
