东山村位于台溪乡东部，属乡里的高海拔地区，村落古称东溪头，后改称东山村。[1][2][3]

村中有罕见的天然水松，据博雅地名网属省级重点保护；众罩山为一座千年古寨。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

旧属尤溪二十一都。解放初，山头与玉井合并为东井乡。1958年设东山大队，1984年转为东山村，设村民委员会。[4]

人口与生活[edit]

全村分为18个村民小组，人口1774人，男性1003人，女性773人，未注统计年份。[2]

村民以种田为主，近年「东岩云雾茶」发展较快，食用菌也开始栽培。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

众罩山位于村内，海拔1243米，山上寨墙与云雾相伴，据族谱为东山十景之一。[2]

村中的天然水松属罕见树木，博雅地名网称其为省重点保护单位。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2020年2月，东山村列入「第三批省级传统村落」名单。[1]

2024年1月，东山村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。[1]

2024年7月，东山村被命名为「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」，同月被确定为「2021-2023年三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]
