后隔村是台溪乡的高山村，海拔约820米，下辖3个自然村。[1]

台溪乡原有两个“隔”，村落位于后一个隔上，村名由此而来。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

原称上洋村，明清两代归二十五都管辖；解放前隶属丁洋保，解放初归盖竹乡。[3]

1958年另立后隔大队；1960年又与丁岩大队合流，成为丁后大队；1980年后隔再度独立，1984年定名后隔村，设村民委员会。[3]

人口与生活[edit]

村中共有525人，其中男283人、女242人，劳动力190人，未注统计年份。[1]

土地总面积6200亩，其中耕地565亩，林地4400亩，主要收入来自毛竹、茶叶等产业。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2024年7月，后隔村被命名为「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」，同月被确定为「2021-2023年三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]
