黄林村位于尤溪县东部，属汤川乡，是全乡第二大的行政村。[1][2]

村中一条溪流由十二条小坑汇聚而成，全长约九公里，贯穿全村；村子海拔约600米。[2]

地名由来[edit]

黄姓最早迁来，林姓人口最多，村名由此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时期村子属尤溪二十都，民国时为黄林保。1949年设黄林乡，1958年组建黄林大队，1984年才改称黄林村并设村委会。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村子东边与下井、汤三、珠峰相接，西边与台溪乡安阳村相邻，北面连着溪尾乡的巫坪自然村。[2]

村子距乡政府8.3公里，离县城50公里。村道全长19公里，水泥路面的部分有13公里。[2]

全境面积26308亩，耕地2611亩，林地21507亩。常年气温在15至19℃之间。[2]

人口与姓氏[edit]

村中有林、黄、傅、乐、洪、吴、陈、张、郭九个姓氏。村内有自然村13处，村民小组21个。博雅地名网载全村共1810人，男性953人，女性857人，未注统计年份；劳动力共1335人。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

村部左上方的崇福宫又名「夫人宫」，明弘治十六年（1503年）开始兴建，清乾隆四十八年（1783年）又经重修。2018年9月，它被列为「福建省第九批省级文物保护单位」。[2][3]

宫址建筑面积约887.6平方米，分门楼、戏台、正殿等部分，戏台为两层。[1][3]

岐坑口的「岐坑桥」是清道光六年重修的溪石桥，桥面上覆有杉木结构的桥亭，由黄姓人家出资建成。[2]

荣誉[edit]

该村于2024年1月获「2023年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]

2019年12月，黄林村列入「第二批国家森林乡村」名单。[1]
