胡厝村位于汤川乡境内，村子在尤溪县的东端，与闽清县接壤，村内有侠天下景区。[1][3]

全村地域面积4.5万多亩，林业资源丰富，境内水资源充沛。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时村子归尤溪十九都，民国时隶属香胡保，解放初是香胡乡所在地。1958年改隶香胡公社，1962年建香胡大队；至1979年才从该大队中分出胡厝大队，1984年定名胡厝村。[1]

地理环境[edit]

境内由X735公路穿过，离京福高速在洋中镇与闽清县金沙镇的两处互通口约30公里。[2]

村中岩石形状多样，狮岩、鹰嘴岩、石船、纱帽石都以外形得名；鹰嘴岩脚下有深潭。南溪水库形成的人工湖也在村内。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

侠天下景区设在本村，是以侠文化为主题的山水体验景区，园内有玻璃悬桥与悬崖宝剑电梯等项目。[3]

县志记有清乾隆四十九年所建的「节孝坊」，以及一条「马道」。[2]

荣誉[edit]

该村于2021年11月获「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]
