剑溪村位于中仙镇西北部，地处戴云山北部山脉，733县道穿村而过，距镇政府约15千米。[2]
地名[edit]
村旁有山如剑，直插溪边，村名由此而来。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
明清时，此地大部分属尤溪县二十六都，下大麻自然村则在二十五都。民国时归清华乡土兴保管辖。1950年隶第五区，1956年改属中仙区；1958年设剑溪大队，1984年大队改为剑溪村。[1]
地理环境[edit]
村地四面环山，河流绕村而过，建有剑溪水电站。村中矿产有金、煤、铅锌、铁、铜与石灰岩，元代已有人在本村开采石灰岩。[2]
经济[edit]
村中以务农为主，烟叶、蔬菜、禽畜养殖与毛竹经营都是收入来源。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
村中的下桥是建于两百多年前的单孔花岗岩石拱桥，结构科学，造型古朴。村中两棵杏树和两棵红豆杉树龄均在两百年以上。[2]
人文[edit]
清代村中贡生林逢春祖孙三代同中秀才，有「三代秀」之称。现村中大专以上毕业生有一百多人。[2]
荣誉[edit]
2020年12月，剑溪村入选「2020年福建省森林村庄」名单。[1]
福建省爱卫办于2021年11月确定剑溪村为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]
2024年7月，村庄被命名为「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]
