长门村位于戴云山东南坡，村部海拔约900米，距尤溪县城约56千米，距镇政府约31千米，由3个自然村组成。[2]
地名[edit]
村名取自「长林」与「井门」两个自然村名各一字。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
宋代，此地属兴文乡的长安里；明代归二十一都，地名为长林。解放初成立长门乡，隶台溪区；1954年并入中仙区，1958年设长门大队，1984年改为长门村。[1]
姓氏宗族[edit]
村中有陈、邱、张三姓。陈姓始祖于民国时迁来，邱姓先祖于南宋时迁入。张姓两支的后裔各在村中建有祠堂。[2]
经济[edit]
村民经营辣椒等反季节蔬菜、油楂与毛竹，也以祖传的砌石手艺外出谋生。茶叶与芙蓉李是村中的特产。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
村中保留有明清时期的古民居三十多座。祠堂「桂花堂」被《中国祠堂大观》收录，是闽中有名的祠堂。[2]
西南面的象鼻峰上有仙亭，据古县志记载，峰顶有石平如床，上建亭子。村内还有磐石堡土楼，保存完好。[2]
上云自然村后厝水尾的石拱桥据称建于宋代，原先上下两层，如今仅存下层；长林的石牌桥为明代所建，以乱石干砌，至今完好。[2]
