历史沿革[edit]
村名由两个旧地名各取一字合成。[1]
明清时期属十一都，1940年这里是惠岭乡下的惠政保。解放初仍名惠岭乡，1950年初改名惠政乡。[1]
1958年设立惠州大队，归梅仙公社管辖；1972年改属联合公社；1984年改为惠州村。[1]
地理环境[edit]
村子四面环山，地形狭长，山多田少，海拔160米，距离高速公路互通口较近。[2]
经济[edit]
早年村中有染布、鞭炮等手工作坊，有的手艺延续至今。[2]
文化[edit]
2021年11月，本村被福建省爱卫办评为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]
2024年7月，惠州村被命名为「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]
