后坑村是坂面镇的行政村，村子位于一处村落的后方，山沟较多。[1]

地名由来[edit]

村子处在一个村落的后方，地势多山沟，因而得名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1984年，后坑大队改为后坑村，并成立村民委员会。[1]

后坑旧属尤溪二十七都，民国时称后坑保。解放后初期归大坪乡；1958年设立后坑大队。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2024年7月，后坑村获2023年度三明市达标「六无」村（社区）称号。[1]
