地名由来[edit]
村内有麒麟潭，古称“麒麟口”。因方言中“麒”与“京”音近，遂改称京口。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1984年，京口大队改为京口村，设村委会。[1]
明清时这里属尤溪二十八都。民国时期此地称麒麟口乡，因“麒”“京”音近而改称京口。1959年建京口大队，隶属坂面人民公社。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
「闽赣省苏维埃政府旧址」在后溪自然村，为张氏旧宅，木构建筑，列为第九批省级文物保护单位。始建年代的说法不一，三明市政府的文章称1927年（民国十六年）始建。[2][3][4]
荣誉[edit]
福建省第一批省级传统村落名单于2015年10月公布，京口村入选其中。[1]
2019年6月，本村被纳入第五批中国传统村落名录。[1]
2021年11月，京口村获福建省爱卫办授予「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]
2022年10月，京口村列入第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇，由省农业农村厅认定。[1]
