郑庄村是尤溪县西城镇下辖的行政村，位于镇区西南，距镇政府约13千米，地处偏僻，村域以山林为主。[2]

2024年7月，郑庄村被命名为「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

中华人民共和国成立前，此地属和平保；1949年设和平乡，1958年并入和平大队。1980年，大队中分出步高坑一支，另立步高坑大队；1981年至1983年改称新平大队，1984年至1996年称步高坑村，1997年定名郑庄村，并设立村委会，此后一直隶属西城镇。[1]

经济[edit]

村内以茶叶为重要产业，种植大户组织了茶叶专业合作社，并租用原小学校舍建起加工厂。[2]
