七尺村是尤溪县西城镇下辖的行政村，紧邻镇区，距集镇约5千米。省道206线穿村而过，九阜山省级自然保护区地处村境之内。[1][2][3]

2020年12月，七尺村被确定为「福建省第一批高级版绿盈乡村」；2021年11月，该村被福建省爱卫办命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时期归尤溪县六都管辖，民国时期设七尺保。解放初设七尺乡，1958年成立七尺大队，1969年划归团结公社。1984年起称七尺村，并设村委会。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村内森林较为茂密，保存有原始亚热带雨林及丰富的生物资源，属九阜山省级自然保护区的范围。[2][3]

名胜古迹[edit]

朱源里卢氏宗祠由永成堂与余庆堂两部分组成，年代为清至民国，其中永成堂为清末所建，坐西北朝东南。[2]

卢兴邦出生于村内的朱源里自然村，村内的卢家祖祠与卢兴邦故居保存较为完整。[2][3]
