管前村位于管前镇所在地，属镇中心区。[1]
地名由来[edit]
相传宋代村中居民多姓官，村前设有圩场，赶圩的人都说到“官前”。旧时官府威势大，人们避讳“官”字，便改用方言中音近的“管”字，村名由此而来。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
明清时属三都，民国时为三都联保、第五区区署所在，也是管前乡政府的驻地。解放后先为尤溪县第八区公所驻地，1958年设管前大队，归属红专人民公社；1984年改为管前村，设村民委员会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2000年，村子被评为市级文明村。[2]
2019年12月，本村列入「第二批国家森林乡村」名单。2021年11月，本村获评「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]
2023年2月，「福建省第三批高级版绿盈乡村」名单公布，村子上榜。2024年2月，本村成为「第二批福建省乡村振兴示范村镇」的创建对象。[1]
2024年7月，本村被命名为「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。2024年11月，本村获评「2024年度福建省一村一品专业村」，主导产品为金柑。[1]
2025年3月，本村入选「福建省第一批省级乡村振兴示范村」。[1]
