地名与历史[edit]
村名的由来：此村从大坋村中分出另建生产队，故称大建。[1]
此地明清时属尤溪六都，民国时归上岭仔漆木保。1958年另立大建大队；1984年起改设大建村。[1][2]
人口与生计[edit]
全村158户，人口686人（博雅地名网所载，年份不详），劳动力约267人，村民收入主要靠外出务工。[2]
村内有毛竹、金柑、油茶等林果，并有竹席加工厂1家，还有养山地鸡、蜜蜂的专业户。[2]
荣誉[edit]
2024年7月，本村进入2023年度三明市「六无」达标名单，同月又列入2021-2023年度的同类名单。[1]
