龙上村是尤溪县新阳镇北部的村庄，距镇区约20公里，平均海拔850米，辖6个自然村、10个村民小组。[1][3]

村名的由来：早先的村名为岭头盂，因银凤亭东面的山形如龙，村前形成一片平地，称为龙坪，后改称龙上。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

此地旧属五十都，民国时归安康保。1958年分设为两个大队，本村一支仍称龙上大队；1984年起改设龙上村。[1][2]

人口与生计[edit]

农业人口1471人（博雅地名网所载，年份不详），其中女性劳动力397人，外出务工人口较多，劳务收入是村民的主要来源。[2]

村内林业用地约12723亩，林木覆盖率约61%，种植茶叶、油茶、金柑、芦柑与毛竹。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2024年1月，本村列入2023年福建省卫生村名单；同年7月，又进入2023年度三明市「六无」达标名单。[1]
