洋中镇是福建省三明市尤溪县东北部的镇，镇政府驻洋中村，集镇距尤溪县城47公里。东与闽清金沙交界，北与南平市樟湖镇毗邻，西接西滨镇，南与汤川乡、溪尾乡相连。[1]

全镇土地总面积321.37平方千米，地势起伏较大。镇名取自地形：镇政府所在的洋中村四周环山，盆底有一片平坦的田洋，村落多建在田洋之中。[1][2]

镇内的桂峰村于2007年6月被评为中国历史文化名村，村中保存有明清古建筑和蔡氏宗祠、宗庙等遗迹。[6][5]

历史沿革[edit]

宋代这一带分属兴文乡、安福里和长安里，明清时期为尤溪县十五、十六、十七都的部分地域。[3]

民国时期先后隶属尤溪县的西洋区。1958年初撤区并乡，此后数次改设人民公社，1961年分设洋中、后楼、桂峰三个公社，1963年又合并为洋中公社。1984年改为洋中乡，1994年撤乡建镇，定名洋中镇。[3]

地理环境[edit]

境内属亚热带季风气候，年平均降雨量约1500毫米，平均气温在10℃至19℃之间，无霜期约290天。[1]

地势起伏较大，最高山海拔1278米，最低处海拔130米，福银高速公路横穿镇境约33公里。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

桂峰村所在的桂峰一带，南宋淳祐七年（1247年）由北宋名臣蔡襄的九世孙蔡长始建村落，村名先后有岭头、桂岭、蔡岭等叫法，后正名为桂峰。[6][7]

该民居占地约1200平方米，由大门、正堂、楼坪厅与书斋等组成，2009年11月列入「福建省第七批省级文物保护单位」。[4]

这处遗迹由蔡氏宗祠和祖庙组成，宗祠完工于清康熙八年（1669年），现存的祖庙建筑则落成于清乾隆五十五年（1790年），其前身可追溯到明末。该遗迹被列为「福建省第十批省级文物保护单位」。[5]

文化[edit]

据博雅地名网所载，洋中镇2014年7月经住房和城乡建设部等七部委确定为「全国重点镇」；2020年12月，福建省爱卫办将其命名为「福建省卫生乡镇」；2025年3月，洋中镇列入「福建省第一批省级乡村振兴示范乡镇」。[2]
