全村222户、957人，辖两个自然村、6个村民小组[2]。耕地386亩，山地11724亩，森林覆盖率78.6%[2]。
历史沿革[edit]
清初，一位先人迁居到此，至今已传十八代[2]。1958年成立刘坂大队，1984年改为刘坂村并设立村民委员会[1]。
经济与园区[edit]
村中有规模企业5家，2003年获县政府批准纳入西滨镇工业园区范围[2]。
荣誉[edit]
刘坂村于2024年1月获评2023年福建省卫生村[1]。
