乐洋村位于西滨镇西北部，地处五旗顶山麓东南面的盆地坡地，海拔在300米至600米之间[1]。村名合用乐科甲、汾洋两地各一字而成[1]。

人口与土地[edit]

全村916人，性别上男447人、女439人，劳动力498人[2]。林地11106亩、耕地1236亩，全村土地总计12346亩[2]。

历史沿革[edit]

村庄于明崇祯元年（1628）建立，明清时期隶属尤溪十三都[1]。1958年析出两个自然村另设大队，1984年改称乐洋村，并设立村委会[1]。

古建筑与习俗[edit]

村中原有一座清道光年间建造的三堂厝，由三幢明清风格的木构屋相连而成，今已残破[2]。每年正月十五有板凳龙灯，立夏节气做夏粿[2]。
