村庄在西滨镇西北部，与南平市延平区相邻，离镇所在地约10公里[1]。全村分为厚泽、仁洋两个自然村[1]。村名取“厚泽丰收”之意[1]。

村名与沿革[edit]

村庄原名厚宅，解放初改称厚泽，1962年改用厚丰之名[1]。宋代时此地在兴文乡的安福里境内，明清时期划归尤溪十三都，1958年设厚丰大队，1984年起称厚丰村，并设村委会[1]。

人口[edit]

全村332户、1323人，有郑、纪、陈、万等10个姓氏，党员60人[2]。村内有3座小型水电站，装机容量1000千瓦[2]。

古迹与文物[edit]

村中的玉井坊郑氏大厝是清代大宅，详见西滨镇条目[2]。第四次全国文物普查新登记的文物中，本村有水尾石孔桥和仁洋纪氏祖墓，均记为清代[3]。

荣誉[edit]

2012年12月，厚丰村列入第一批中国传统村落名录[1]。
