三连村在西滨镇集镇东南部，靠近枕头山脚，隔尤溪河与集镇相望，属于水口水电站库区的搬迁村[1]。村名据称因郑、董、林三姓人家在此居住而得名[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

村址始建于元代。明清时期属尤溪十四都，旧称“下官路”[1]。解放后改称“三连”，1958年设三连大队，隶属西洋人民公社，1984年改为三连村并设立村民委员会[1]。

自然与人口[edit]

186户、825人居住在村中，林地10105亩、耕地382亩，全村土地合计1254亩[1]。村所在地海拔约80米，年平均气温19.8℃，年降水量1445毫米[2]。

交通与荣誉[edit]

1996年6月，连接西洋与三连的悬索桥正式通行[2]。2006年，村庄被列为省级生态示范村[2]。2019年，本村入选第二批国家森林乡村；2024年1月，被命名为2023年福建省卫生村[1]。
