九都社区是梅仙镇下辖的城镇社区，设在镇区，是镇内唯一的社区，成立于2001年3月。[1][3]

建置与组成[edit]

社区的居委会由原县属与镇属企业的下岗职工组成，这些企业包括县航运公司、县水泥厂、县铁合金厂，以及梅仙供销社、粮站和木材采购站，此外还有原居委会和镇建筑公司、造船厂、竹器厂的下岗职工，按属地管理。[1]
