梅仙镇是福建省三明市尤溪县下辖的镇，位于县境东北部，距尤溪县城约15公里，东与西滨镇接壤，南与西城镇毗连。[1]

全镇下辖1个社区与23个行政村，截至2019年末户籍人口34928人。[1][4] 镇域内有铅锌矿、石灰石等矿产，西北部的倒排岩是镇内的一处山地风景区。[3][6]

历史沿革[edit]

宋代，镇域一带分属常平乡的进溪里与兴文乡的安福里；明清两朝，这片地方主要归尤溪县的九都和十都管辖，其余部分则在十三都与十八都之内。[2]

民国初期，此地为尤溪县第二区的辖地，1937年划归第一区。1940年先后出现梅仙、梅营两镇与源湖乡的编制，三年后三者并为双梅镇。1949年11月这里仍是第二区，到1955年以区公所所在地为名，改称梅仙区。[2]

1958年9月组建“跃进”（梅仙）人民公社，次年6月定名梅仙人民公社。1984年9月公社改为乡，至1990年8月16日撤乡设镇，镇名沿用梅仙。[2][1]

关于镇名，据传古时有一位叫梅福的道人隐居在梅仙村龙头岬的梅厝塆，后人尊称他为仙，地名由此而来。[5]

地理环境[edit]

倒排岩坐落于镇域西北一隅，东坪、双峰、龙云与云林四村在此接壤；山上主峰狮头峰海拔1269.8米。南宋朱熹所作《尤溪十景》里的“狮麓春云映碧眸”，写的便是这里的景色。[6]

经济[edit]

镇域内的矿产以铅锌矿和石灰石为主，石粉石米的加工与矿石运输是若干村庄的主要经济活动之一。[3]

名胜古迹[edit]

梅营村内的「红三军团政治部旧址科坑厝」系清嘉庆年间（1796至1820年）营建，由两进院落组成，地面约956.8平方米，建筑总面积约1410.2平方米，该旧址的年代标为1934年。[5]

经通村的吴氏民居群以延陵堂、志仁堂、福星堂等建筑为主体，属清代的大型族居建筑，2025年它被认定为「福建省第十一批省级文物保护单位」。[5][7]

文化[edit]

梅仙的“板凳龙”属非物质文化遗产，传承史已逾六百年；肉光饼的制作工艺入选「市级第五批非物质文化遗产代表性项目名录」。[3]
