上丰村距乡政府8公里，下辖三个自然村。2019年6月，该村列入第五批中国传统村落名录。[1][2]

村名来历：村子因地处丰阳居之上而得名。[1]

全村有三个自然村，村民小组十六个，计242户、1090人，未注统计年份。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时为德化县济阳社辖地，民国时划入济屏乡。1949年前改隶德化县尤中里实丰社，1952年归大田县，编入屏山第六区；1957年属均溪区，1958年属屏山公社，1971年属泮林公社，1981年改设济阳公社，1984年设济阳乡上丰村，并成立村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2015年10月，上丰村列入第一批省级传统村落名录。2019年6月，上丰村列入第五批中国传统村落名录。省爱卫办于2021年11月授予上丰村「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。省农业农村厅于2022年10月将上丰村认定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。2024年7月，上丰村被命名为「2023年度三明市达标六无村（社区）」。[1]
