历史沿革[edit]
旧称「德仁垅」。清朝年间，上丰车碓保一带的村民迁居到竹林垄一带。1949年前隶德化县屏山乡，1952年归大田县，划入屏山第六区，1956年改隶均溪区。1958年后的二十余年间，本村先后隶属屏山、泮林两公社，并于1964年一度称德仁大队；1981年改属济阳公社，1984年建乡后设德仁村。[1]

村中共96户，370人，党员24人，村两委班子6人，下设5个村民小组，未注统计年份。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2024年7月，德仁村被命名为「2023年度三明市达标六无村（社区）」，同年7月又被确定为「2021—2023年三明市达标六无村（社区）」。[1]
