高升村位于济阳乡境内，由珊瑚、新开田、洋楼三个自然村组成，村部设在洋楼自然村。[1]

村子依山腰而建，地处古峰山下，村名取「旭日高升」之意，为合作化时期所定。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村庄海拔均在750米以上。村内土地面积6801亩，其中林地4440亩，耕地521亩，耕地中水田427亩。[2]

人口与村落[edit]

全村117户613人，划为11个村民小组，推选村民代表24名，未注统计年份。在乡内属人口较少的村之一。[1][2]

经济[edit]

济阳铁矿的矿区大部分位于本村，目前有两家矿业企业。村级收入多来自矿山开发，矿山停产时收入也随之减少。[2]

村民除种养业外，一部分到矿山务工，另一部分外出打工。村子与德化县美湖乡阳山村相邻，两村同属闽南语系，历来有通婚的习惯。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

这里在明清为德化县济阳社辖地，1949年前改隶德化县上丰乡。1952年划给大田，编入屏山第六区；此后在屏山、泮林两公社之间多次调整，1981年改设济阳公社，1984年设济阳乡高升村。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2024年7月，高升村被命名为「2023年度三明市达标六无村（社区）」。[1]
