沧洲村位于大田县梅山镇东北部，是镇下辖的一个行政村，村中有埔兜、后埔、大庵坂三个自然村。[3]
历史沿革[edit]
明代此地属大田县四十八都，民国30年（1941年）归龙漈乡，1950年2月起属第五区。[1]
1958年为梅山人民公社的沧洲大队；1984年成立梅山乡沧洲村村民委员会；2018年梅山乡改为镇，村委会名称随之变成梅山镇沧洲村村民委员会。[1][3]

文江溪穿过村庄，全村海拔约220米，地势平缓。[3]
产业[edit]
村中出产“沧州芦柑”，村民以芦柑种植为主业，产品销往广东、江苏、浙江。[1][2]
荣誉[edit]
2021年11月，沧洲村获福建省爱卫办授予「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]
2022年10月，沧洲村被福建省农业农村厅认定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]
2024年7月，沧洲村被命名为「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]
