梅山镇是福建省三明市大田县东北部的镇，距县城约45公里，2018年由梅山乡撤乡设镇。[1][2]

全镇辖区面积204.6平方公里，户籍人口2.51万人，县政府网站乡镇概况称全镇辖21个行政村。[1]

镇内以柑桔、火龙果等果业为特色，山林面积大，生态林连片。[1]

地名由来[edit]

镇政府驻地南偏西方向有一座大山，山顶突起五个山峰，形如梅花，镇名由此而来。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

明代此地归尤溪县管辖；嘉靖十四年（1535年）划为大田县迳田里四十八都。[2]

民国后期的1940年，此地编入第二区；1950年2月改隶第五区，1955年另设梅山区，1958年又改为梅山公社。[2]

1984年9月，公社体制改为梅山乡；2018年，梅山乡改设为镇，行政区划代码随之改为350425111。[2][3]

地理环境[edit]

镇政府海拔305米。镇域位于大田县东北部，东面与尤溪县坂面镇相邻，南面接壤湖美乡与前坪乡，西面与文江镇交界，北面与尤溪县新阳镇毗连。[1]

已查明的矿产有煤、铅锌、磁铁，此外还有钾长石和石英石。[2]

镇内有5.3万亩生态林相连成片。[1]

人口与行政区划[edit]

据县政府网站乡镇概况（2025年发布），全镇户籍人口2.51万人，辖21个行政村、63个自然村，共有187个村民小组，党支部25个，党员959名。[1]

博雅地名网与维基百科则将全镇行政村列为22个，与政府网站的数字不一致。[2][3]

镇内的特色农产品有柑桔、火龙果、茶叶、野生红菇、梨菇和蜂蜜，销往省内外。[1]

县政府网站另载，“大田金阳生姜”一度获国家知识产权局认证，属地理标志证明商标。[1]

大田县政府网站称，梅山镇是「红军挑夫」丁刚（吴明梗）、老红军吴文楷和清代官员吴腾汉的故乡，镇上也有一批抗战老兵。[1]

国道纵五线和莆炎高速公路穿过镇域，镇政府网站称与县城之间已形成半小时生活经济圈。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2020年12月，梅山镇被福建省爱卫办授予「福建省卫生乡镇」称号。[2]

环境保护部在2014年9月把梅山镇列为2012年至2013年度的国家级生态乡镇。[2]
