和洋村是吴山镇南部的行政村，省道秀里线与泉三高速公路贯穿全境，村内设有高速公路互通口，全村辖2个自然村。村名初称「葫洋」，也写作湖洋，因村中三片田垅状似葫芦；后借方言中与「葫」读音相近的「和」字改称和洋，取和为贵之意。[1][2]
产业与荣誉[edit]
村中因地制宜发展高山茶产业，依靠支部引领和党员带动，组织起专业合作组织。[2]
本村于2020年12月入选「2019年度福建省一村一品示范村」名单（茶叶）；2021年11月，福建省爱卫办命名本村为「福建省卫生村」（2021年）；2024年7月，本村被命名为三明市2023年度达标「六无」村（社区）。[1]
