桃林村是福建省三明市大田县桃源镇的行政村，位于镇南部，离镇政府约11公里，村名由两地名各取一字而成。[1][2][3]

地名由来[edit]

村子前身是公社的养殖场与林果场，农工系自泮林迁来。1984年撤去场所改设村，村名由桃源、泮林两地各取一字组成。[3]

人口[edit]

全村248人（博雅地名网，未注统计年份），设3个村民小组，分居在2个自然村。[1]

经济[edit]

粮食以水稻、甘薯为主，经济作物有烟草、马铃薯、黄豆等。全村50户多为涂姓。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2024年7月，桃林村被命名为「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]
