栋仁村位于广平镇西北部，省道306线贯穿全境，莆炎高速在村内设有互通口。[1][4]

地名与历史沿革[edit]

此地旧称鼎仁，后取原所辖栋林和安仁两个自然村各一字得名。[1][3]

1984年改称广平镇栋仁村并设村民委员会。1958年属广平公社，称栋仁大队；1956年属文江区，1951年设栋仁乡，1949年属铭溪乡，民国时属广铭乡，明清时属大田北区四十五都。[2]

文化[edit]

村中的潭城堡是圆形土堡，据百度百科，由郑氏先祖郑尚在明朝万历年间兴建。[5]

经济[edit]

村内有一个村办集体水电站，村财有固定收入。[6]

荣誉[edit]

栋仁村于2021年11月被命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]

2022年10月，栋仁村被福建省农业农村厅认定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]
