广平镇是福建省三明市大田县下辖的镇，位于县境北部，与尤溪县、沙县、三元区和永安市相邻，因地势既广又平而得名。[1][2][3]
镇境内煤、石灰石等矿产资源较多，茶叶、油茶、烟叶等农产品是镇里重点发展的特色产业。镇域内有广平文昌阁、深源堂两处省级文物保护单位，以及郭居敬孝文化相关的文化设施。[1][7][8]
历史沿革[edit]
镇境原属尤溪县的四十四都和四十五都。明嘉靖十四年（1535年）设大田县后划归大田，明清两代属大田北区。[3]
1934年此地设广铭乡，新中国成立后起先归第四区，后划入文江区（1956年底）；1958年改设广平公社，1984年撤社建镇。[3][5]
地名的来历是：镇境由广平、五峰、万筹、万宅等村连成一片较大而平坦的地带，明朝时即称广平。[3][6]
地理环境[edit]
镇域面积182.9平方千米，地处中小山区之中，境内千米以上的山峰有28座。[1][3]
国道534和省道217穿境而过。莆炎高速在栋仁村设有互通口。镇政府驻广平村。[1][3]
人口民族[edit]
大田县人民政府网站的乡镇概况（页面日期为2025年11月）记常住人口3.03万人，户籍人口则为3.80万人。[1]
经济[edit]
镇内有永安煤业的苏桥煤矿和鑫城水泥等企业。农业方面，镇政府提出大力发展油茶、烟叶、甜玉米、木耳等特色农产品，此外还有茶叶、甘蔗等作物。[1]
文化[edit]
镇政府依托郭居敬的孝文化品牌，修建了居敬书院、孝廉文化馆和百香诗院，并以此推出「居敬红」孝酒、「孝里情」太监鸡、草根孝膳等特色食品。[1]
镇内流行的民俗有舞狮、迎铁枝、板凳龙、大腔戏和白鹤拳，此外还有迎佛民俗活动。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
广平文昌阁在广平中学校园里，1875年（光绪乙亥年）始建。2009年11月16日，它被公布为第七批福建省文物保护单位。[1][7][9]
深源堂位于广平村，清咸丰元年（1851年）始建，光绪三十二年（1906年）重修。建筑由前后两堂、两侧各两座横屋和前部池塘、后部围垅组成，博雅地名网写作「深原堂」。2009年，它被公布为第七批省级文物保护单位。[1][8]
绍恢堡也是省级文物保护单位。[1]
镇内的自然景观有黄岩洞、白鹤洞、狮牯洞、慧林洞、东岩寨和北洋崎原始森林，另有被称为「三明银杏王」的古银杏。[1][4]
著名人物[edit]
元代学者郭居敬（？－1354）编有《全相二十四孝诗选》和《百香诗》。博雅地名网称他为元尤溪县广平村人，即今大田县广平镇人；百度百科作尤溪县小村人；维基百科则写作尤溪人，并注明一说为大田人。[3][10][11]
