隆美村位于上京镇东南部，有2个自然村，距县城约20公里，省道306线从村边经过。[1][2]

村名原作后洋，后因与他处重名，改取兴隆美满之意。2021年，本村被命名为福建省卫生村。[1]

村子原称后洋，后因重名，改取兴隆美满的寓意，称隆美。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村域内有丰富的煤炭和石灰石资源。村子距县城约20公里，省道306线从村边经过。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

本村原归漳平县聚贤里。明嘉靖十四年（1535年）大田设县后划入大田，清代改隶永春州的聚贤里。民国期间归上京乡管辖；1950年2月，改属大田县第八区。[1]

1957年撤区后，本村仍归上京乡；1958年改归桃源公社，1961年改归上京公社。1984年改制后，本村称上京镇隆美村村民委员会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

福建省爱卫办于2021年11月，把本村评为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]

福建省农业农村厅则在2022年10月认定本村为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]

2024年6月，本村列入「福建省第四批高级版绿盈乡村」名单。[1]
