盖山村是石牌镇东南部的行政村。村子的东侧邻着屏山乡内洋村，西侧是老厝村，北面连接马山村，南面紧挨拱桥村。全村由上盖山、下盖山、牛楼3个自然村组成。[1][2]
村庄坐落在大仙峰西北麓，海拔600至1400米，山间常有云雾缭绕，村名的来历与此有关。2012年末，全村总人口559人。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
民国年间，此地归德化县管辖。1949年初，它被编入大田县第六区（屏山）。此后于1956年隶属均溪公社，1971年改入红湖公社，称盖山大队。[1]
1984年恢复乡制后，本村列入石牌乡；1997年改制设镇，村委会更名为石牌镇盖山村村民委员会。[1]
地理环境[edit]
村子处在大仙峰自然保护区的腹地，森林资源丰富，树种以阔叶林与针叶林为主。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
村中保存着一段近5公里长的红色古驿道，保存较为完好。[3]
荣誉[edit]
2019年6月，盖山村被列入「第五批中国传统村落」名录。[1][3]
2024年7月，本村被命名为「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]
