上华村位于大田县城区西北部，距县城约12公里，属均溪镇。村原称上坪。[1]
1984年改称均溪镇上华村，设村民委员会，沿用至今。2024年7月，村被列为「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
明清时期，上华（上坪）属三十二都。1950年2月县政府成立后，上华归和丰乡，属第一区。[1]
1958年8月设同心（上华）大队，归东风公社（均溪）；1961年改归建成公社，1970年改为上华大队，归城关公社。1984年设村民委员会。[1][2]
地理环境[edit]
村中自然村共七个，有卓坑、陈坑、格丘、长圳尾、长坑垄、上蔡与上华，全村12个村民小组。[1]
2012年末，村有564户，总人口1714人。村域面积14928.00亩，其中耕地1269.00亩，林地9713亩，森林覆盖率为65.9%。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
村中留存着多处旧时遗迹。自三百二级岭至上蔡桥一段有七座拱桥，据载为秋崔公舍修筑；陈坑寨依山而建，寨中面积一千余平方米。[1]
