叶坊村的名称在明清时期已经使用。博雅地名网记明清时期此地属永丰里，村名即为叶坊村[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

民国时期属永丰乡，称博爱保。1958年改为中沙公社的一个生产队，1961年单设叶坊大队，1966年改称红叶大队，1974年复名叶坊大队，1984年改为叶坊村民委员会[1]。
