练畲村在宁化县中部，中沙乡的东南面。村名的来历：元末有赖姓人从赖坊来到此地放鸭，先搭寮棚居住，随后在山地开荒造田，就此定居建村。村中把开荒称作“练”，把烧草木灰肥田耕种称作“畲”，二字合成村名[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
村落已有近六百年的历史[2]。明清时期属永丰里，民国时期属永丰乡杨畲保。建国初期曾分属不同的乡，1961年单设大队，1984年改为练畲村民委员会[1]。
名胜古迹[edit]
排屋头红军标语墙位于本村的练畲自然村。土地革命战争时期，驻在中沙练畲一带的红军部队为宣传党和红军的政策，在一户民宅外墙上写下多条标语。博雅地名网另记其为一般不可移动文物[3]，该墙也已申报为市级红色文化非遗名录项目[4]。
荣誉[edit]
2024年7月，练畲村获得2023年度三明市达标「六无」村（社区）的称号，同月又列入2021至2023年三明市达标「六无」村（社区）名单[1]。
