治平畲族乡是福建省三明市宁化县下辖的民族乡，位于县境西南部，地处闽赣两省三县交界处，西接江西省石城县，南毗长汀县庵杰乡[3][7]。全乡是宁化县唯一的少数民族乡，辖1个社区和12个建制村，其中9个建制村为畲族村[1][2]。乡内地势较高，毛竹资源丰富[3]，笋竹加工和玉扣纸是主要的产业与文化内容[1][2]。

历史沿革[edit]

明清时期这里属会同里。民国时期先后设寿背联保、寿背乡，1943年改称志平乡，1958年以后分设治平、下坪两个公社，不久合并为治平公社[6]。1984年改为治平乡，2000年再改设为治平畲族乡[6][7][8]。

地名原为寺背岭，因当地兴福寺和马背岭而得名。民国时期改称治平，取“治理平服地方秩序”之意[5]。维基百科则记为民国31年（1942年）县长所改，寓“决心治理”之意，两说并存[8]。

第二次国内革命战争期间，乡里参军参战的有600余人。据2020年的报道，登记在册的烈士为170名，另有32人被评定为革命“五老”[3]。

地理环境[edit]

全乡平均海拔678米，地势偏高；县内海拔最高的山峰鸡公岽就在乡境之内[3][9]。汀江的源头在下坪畲族村的赖家山，乡内也是闽江、赣江、韩江的发源地之一[3]。

乡域面积137平方千米[7]。2020年的报道称，全乡毛竹林有15.9万亩，人均11亩，耕地只有7945亩，在全县乡镇中耕地最少[3]。乡人民政府驻集镇街上1号，邮政编码365412[4]。

人口民族[edit]

2023年，全乡由1个社区和12个建制村组成，共有村民小组100个[1]。当年全乡计3184户13341人，其中畲族992户4719人，所占比例为32.01%[1]。

全乡9个建制村为畲族村，世居的畲族多为雷、蓝、钟三姓[1][3]。

经济[edit]

毛竹与笋竹是全乡的主要产业。乡内竹制品企业主要生产地板条、香芯、牙签和竹筷，销往本省及浙江、广东等地[2]。

乡里还发展富硒甜玉米和畲药种植，采用“党支部+合作社+农户”的模式[2]。

文化[edit]

乡里编撰了《宁化玉扣纸》文本，完成治平造纸文化遗址普查及玉扣纸文化地图，建成“纸都治平”馆，该馆被列为县文旅融合乡村振兴现场教学点[1]。

国家民委于2019年把治平畲族村、湖背角畲族村列为「中国少数民族特色村寨」[3]。治平畲族乡在2020年12月获得「福建省卫生乡镇」称号，由福建省爱卫办确认[5]。

荣誉方面，2005年获评「全国民族团结进步模范集体」；2015年与2018年分别获福建省第十二届、第十三届「文明乡」称号；2017年获评「三明市民族团结进步教育基地」；2018年获「福建省民族宗教系统信息宣传工作先进集体」称号；2019年获「三明市民族团结进步创建活动示范单位」称号[3]。

名胜古迹[edit]

鸡公岽位于高峰畲族村境内，海拔1389.9米，在县内最高；山顶轮廓像鸡冠，故得此名。山上有原始森林、连片竹林和大瀑布[9]。百度百科称它为“省级3A级旅游景区”[9]，乡里建成了鸡公岽游客服务中心[1]。

田畲村有闽赣纸业游击支队旧址[1]。
