肖家山村是福建省三明市宁化县济村乡下辖的行政村，位于济村乡境内。[1]

相传元末陈友谅部队曾驻扎在村北的铁打寨，部队以“硝堆山”的口号虚张声势，此山后来谐音得名肖家山。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时期属兴善里，称肖家山庄；民国时期设肖家保。建国初属济村区武义乡，1958年属济村公社，设肖家大队。[1]

1961年改属另一公社，1966年复属济村公社并更名向阳大队，1974年复名肖家山大队，1984年设肖家山村民委员会。[1]
