历史沿革[edit]
明清时期此地属兴善里，民国时期隶属第一区城东镇的龙上保。建国初属武义乡，1958年归济村公社，称牛头嵊大队。1980年改称九柏嵊大队。1984年设立九柏嵊村民委员会。[1][2]
