历史沿革[edit]
宋代建村，至清代属招贤里。民国时此地设大福保。1952年水茜增设第九区；1958年划入水茜公社，成为下付大队。1961年一度属沿溪公社，1964年又回水茜公社，同时并为一个大队。1984年设下付村民委员会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
福建省农业农村厅在2022年10月，把下付村认定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]
2023年，下付村（辣椒）列入市级「一村一品」专业村。[2]
2024年1月，下付村获「2023年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]
